Health Games connects your smartwatch to your smartglasses via Bluetooth and turns your real-time biometrics into a series of lightweight AR games that run alongside your day.

## Overview

Your health data is already being collected. Heart rate, step count, calories burned, stress HRV, blood oxygen — your watch knows all of it, in real time. Health Games is the layer that makes that data playable.

The games are deliberately lightweight. You don't stop what you're doing to play — Health Games runs alongside your day. Walk your dog and unlock new territory on a generated map. Hit a step milestone and earn in-game currency. Get your heart rate into a target zone and trigger a timed challenge.

We're at early concept stage, exploring input models, game mechanics, and the right balance of passive observation versus active prompts.
